Teriyaki Salmon

This is so easy and yummy!
Preheat oven 500 degrees.
Get a long slab of salmon and put it on a baking sheet (line it with aluminum for easy cleanup).S
Season it with salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce (about 1/2 cup).
Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes (depending on size & thickness).
That's it.

Serve with salad, steamed veggies, couscous, or some warm artisan bread.
Rotisserie Chicken- 3 meals in one!
