A good skincare regime is important to keeping it looking clear and healthy.

Here are a few tips that I learned from my mom. She's 71 and I have yet to find someone that has better skin than her (also she was an aesthetician for many years).

  • Wash your face every morning and every night before bed.
    • You can use a mild facial cleanser (I love Neutrogena products) so that it isn't too harsh on your face.
  • After your wash, use a toner. Clinique has some good ones but Witch Hazel ($2) is fine.
  • Moisturizer- for day, it should have sunscreen; for the evening, it should not. Neutrogena has both.
That's pretty much the gist of it. There are scrubs out there for your face but be careful it's not too rough. You can use a wash towel with the cleanser and rub your face in circular motions.
