We all know how important it is to exercise. I love walking and riding my bike. Obviously in Chicago, this is not an option for me during the winter (unless I buy some equipment, or join a gym).

Searching on the Web, I came across Bess Motta's 20-Minute Workout with some rave reviews. This is an eighties exercise program (legwarmers and all) that was popular in the morning hours. I decided to get it from my local library to see if I liked it before buying it. It is GREAT! I do it 3 times a week and it is only 20 minutes. My body is gradually getting firmer and leaner. Incredible. Of course, you have to watch what you eat.

If you are pressed for time and money, I think you should look into this workout program. It's hard to find and pricey at some websites. I found one version through
